The ICS (International Community Service) insurance is a voluntary, nonprofit and nonpolitical service organization that registered in USA which exclusively dedicated to protect the scientific, educational and charitable purposes with the existence of its insurances. This organization is dedicated to promote the international exchange and to serve the scholars and students community so that they would do the best action to protect their applicants.
The ICS insurance is covered the Medical cost or expenses such as sickness or injury, In patient or outpatient, Prescription drugs, Medical emergency, Maternity (with condition that the conception should occur after the effective date of insured coverage), Elective abortion, Medical evacuation, Accidental Death, Psychotherapy and many more.
You are able to apply by this following step, (1) obtain the ICS brochure, or ICS downloaded form from email/web, or email request to ICS by give the complete address and plan, or enrollment form from the International Office in your school, (2) Fill out the existed enrollment form that attach payment and fax it to 1-954-772-0872, (3) enroll through the online web at icsweb.org or emailed to the enroll@icsweb.org and (4) You will receive an ID card which issued with your name that would cover each of new policy given. The ID card would be used as prove of your enrolled in the ICS insurance.
